APS is very helpful throughout the entire process, from the contract procurement phase to the substantial completion. They take pride in their work, the notifications of affected residents/businesses is second to none and the quality of work is excellent. They supervise their subcontractors very well, adhere to their projected schedule and estimated cost without cost overruns/ change orders. If the customer is not satisfied, they’ll come back and fix the issue without passing that cost on to the customer. It’s a pleasure working with Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. and they are very worthy of this nomination as APWA WCB Contractor of the Year.”
