This past week APS President Ken Messina was invited to take part of the Contractor Panel at the 2022 ISSA Slurry Systems Workshop in Las Vegas. The International Slurry Surfacing Association (ISSA) is a national organization with a mission dedicated to the promotion, training, education and best practices of pavement preservation technologies. Ken took part in a discussion about the challenges we face as an industry and how our company is directly affected throughout the various regions we perform work. A big thank you to ISSA president Chuck Ingram for a “seat at the table” and to the entire ISSA team for another outstanding week of demonstrations, education, and engagement.
